So I was going to post these cute pumpkins pics closer to Pumpkin Carving season.
But, uh, I didn’t.
I’m doing belated pumpkin pictures.
I can’t help myself.
They’re just too cute.
But like many of the activities that are so fun to photograph, it’s awfully messy…
We put out plastic bags and bowls and buckets…but I still seem to find pumpkin innards everywhere.
Still.
4 of 8 is a big believer in using surgical gloves for pumpkin plastic surgery…
…and the big kids are getting pretty good at this whole art form.
3 of 8 got pretty sophisticated in his approach, utilizing a pattern and multiple tools…
So Pumpkin Carving 2010 was considered a rousing success, even though the docu-photographer didn’t post these in a timely manner…
…because she was a little preoccupied cleaning up the surgery suite….
