Here’s an irony of big family life; it really doesn’t feel like as many kids as it looks. Can I get a witness here from you Big Family readers? It’s only when I see us in photographs that the reality of just how many pair of underwear I am responsible for getting clean each week finally sets in…

Now when my adorable in-laws were here for Thanksgiving, they also wanted a family picture, one that was done in portrait layout. Since I couldn’t figure out how to balance my camera on the armoire tilted with books with the self-timer activated in a portrait format, we took this little shot while they were here to man the camera…
Here’s a little factoid for ya; we edited this baby. My two oldest girls decided they didn’t like their smiles on the original picture, so I did a little cut and pasting for them to ‘accessorize’ them to their liking.
Thus concludes the Octamom Christmas Family Portrait for 2008. I think I only yelled about six times. Only two time-outs were issued and generalized threats were kept to a minimum this year…all in all, a successful photo shoot…
